At Aispi, we want you to love your curated fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain unworn, with original tags attached and in their pristine packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship with Ease

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
